Synopsis
All messaging is done within the secure simplyclick environment.
All members are a listed in the simpleclick directory â so thereâs no need to remember email addresses. However, alerts can be sent to a private email address, alerting members to visit the site and pick up their messages.
Additional Features
- As new messages are displayed on the homepage for each individual user it shows the date it was sent and can be accessed directly from the homepage.
- As messaging is in a secure area there is no spamming from unauthorised organisations.
- As each user is in the database there is no need to remember email addresses. Just type a name in the database and send a message.
- To use messaging you need to be authorised by the administrator.
- When you send a message you know when the recipient has read the message in the sent box.
